Chuck had a great Father's Day....it started a couple of weeks ago! When we went to Scott's wedding on the 12Th, Lindsie brought Chuck his Father's Day present. Of course he had to open it right away...it was great....a blue stripe BYU polo...Chuck loved it!
On Sunday morning, Austin and I made Chuck some breakfast consisting of toast, an omelet, and bacon!
Chuck was in his office, so Austin ran up there, with breakfast in hand, to give it to him!
After Chuck was done eating, Austin brought him one of the Father's Day presents he had picked out himself! Two ties for Father's Day! Chuck decided to wear the black and blue stripe one to church today!
After church, Austin gave Chuck one more Father's Day present, some new jogging shorts and shirt, silky, just the way Austin likes em! Throughout the day we made sure Chuck had some snacks and drinks, and I had taped some 'Myth Busters' and other science shows for Chuck & Austin to watch together. The three of us ended up watching Old Yell er, I think Austin liked it after a bit! We then made Chuck a baked potato for dinner and gave him some chocolate dipped cherries for dessert. Both Ashlie and Cory sent Chuck an email for Father's Day, I know that he really enjoyed that! Later that evening, Chuck talked to his Dad for a bit, and I called Scott and Mel Dad to wish them a Happy Father's day too!
