Lindsie signed up to run in the Rex Lee Cancer Foundation 5K Run. This is Lindsie's first 5K and she planned to run with some of her friends. They trained for weeks, but it ended up that her friends bailed on her, so she talked Cory into running with her. On the morning of the race, Linds went to get Cory.....and he was sleeping........Linds had to get him out of bed! It was ice cold outside and Cory puts on his shorts and t-shirt! I can't believe he didn't freeze to death! During the run Cory had Lindsie laughing as he cheered, "Lindsie pass the stroller" during the whole 5K.....apparently there were a lot of Moms with strollers running past the both of them! But, they ran the whole 5K in about 32 minutes.
I'm so glad they have the opportunity to do things like this together, I know they can drive each other crazy sometimes, but Linds and Cory can also have a lot of fun together. Cute pic of them below!
