It's crawfish season again....Yeah! Chuck told the youth that he would boil them a big pot of crawfish, potatoes and corn for one of their activities. The youth were suppose to come over to our house, but it was pouring down rain that day, so we went over to the church instead. We had A LOT of crawfish!
Not many of the girls liked the crawfish, or they didn't want to touch them...or have to work so hard to peel them. Yummy, they were good...and so worth all the trouble.
Chuck did a great job of cooking the little bugs! Not to spicy, but still some kick to em.
Austin didn't care much for the crawfish, but he kept busy poking at the mud-bugs in the cooler...before they hit the pot of boiling water!
I think that everyone who came enjoyed the meal and definately went home full. We had so many crawfish left over that Chuck invited others from the ward to come help us eat them all!
